5. Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating screenshots
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of the Service

Free accounts receive limited credits. Paid plans provide additional credits and features.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScreenshotAPI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any screenshots you generate using our Service, subject to the rights of the original content owners.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

By continuing to use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
